What is the Timeless Service club?

The Timeless Service Club is a club you can enroll your sewing machine(s) and/or serger(s) in that allows you to receive unique benefits.

What benefits come with membership?

• Every machine enrolled with us will be eligible for a 10% discount on its annual maintenance service.
• In the case that your machine should need repairs, you will be exempt from a service charge on your repair order.
• You will be the first in line to hear about any of our sales or promotions.

How does enrollment work?

Enrollment is open to anyone who has had their introductory maintenance with us.  Just contact us to enroll, and then continue your yearly servicing with us.
